Overflow Printing
Do you have occasional printing jobs beyond your capacity? Would you like a back-up for a single machine installation? Exclusively for Advantage-X customers, you can send that work to our facility for fulfillment in a private environment.

Disaster Recovery
Currently offered exclusively for Advantage-X customers.

Analyst Support
Whether you need assistance with custom forms design, font signature digitization, or integration with your IBM or Unix systems, our staff analysts can reduce learning curves and increase productivity. We are experienced in large multi-site installations and can assist you in evaluating integrated product solutions.

Training
Certify a member of your team for preventative maintenance between service calls as well as operational expertise.

Supplies
Our technicians carry Xerox supplies available for purchase for emergency needs when you forget to order them direct from Xerox. We also offer non-Xerox supplies for your Xerox equipment at a savings of about 30% off Xerox retail. It is critical that if you use non-Xerox supplies (excluding paper) that they are professionally installed the first time by a technician. NEVER mix supplies from multiple brands or your machine will NOT operate properly.

ANSWERS TO FAQ'S

Our service costs are lower due to lower overhead. We pass the savings on to you.

We have more than twice as many technicians per machine than other service companies. In addition to faster response times, we schedule preventative maintenance around YOUR schedule. In turn we increase uptime during critical production cycles. You'll also have fewer 'hard crash' service calls where your machine is completely down.

We don't offer 'remote interactive communications' service AKA 'RIC'. RIC has been documented to cause up to 50% false error codes which can lead to increased downtime. Since we do PM's on schedule, our machines have higher uptime and fewer hard crashes, negating any potential value of this Xerox service. Plus, you save the cost of the telecommunications line.
