a predetermined standard, and has been reassembled using new, reprocessed,
and or recovered parts...and new reprocessed, and or recovered parts

and returned to its original level of operation. “Remanufactured” means
the product or component has been repaired or upgraded by incorporating

SHALL CONSPICUOUSLY IDENTIFY ANY REFURBISHED OR REMANUFACTURED
PRODUCT OR COMPONENTS OFFERED UNDER THE CONTRACT. "
